What are your hours of operation ?
We operate from 6.00am to 6.30pm every day of the year.

How far are you from the Ferry Terminal ?
We are conveniently located 360 metres from the Shute Harbour Ferry Terminal

Do you provide transport to the Ferry Terminal ?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service.
If you have a large amount of luggage, small children or are part of a large group, we recommend you drop your party and luggage at the Ferry Terminal before the Driver returns to our facility to park the Vehicle.

How much time should we allow before our Ferry departure time ?
We recommend you arrive at our facility a minimum of 45 minutes before your scheduled Ferry departure time.

Can you book our Ferry Tickets or other Day Trip requirements for us ?
Absolutely. As an accredited Agent for Fantasea Adventure Cruising and Cruise Whitsundays we would be more than happy to book your requirements for you.

Our Ferry/Cruise is departing from Abel Point Marina, can you assist us with transport to and from the Marina ?
A valet service can be arranged for you at an additional charge. Just provide us with all your details and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

We want to self cater some of our Holiday, can you help us with provisioning ?
Of course we can. We offer a full provisioning service at very reasonable rates. Just let us know what products or goods you would like in your provisioning pack and we will source these, store them, and have them ready on your arrival in a convenient package for you to transport to your Island destination.

Our Car is rather dirty, can you arrange for it to be cleaned while we are away ?
No-one feels better than when they get into a freshly cleaned Vehicle. No point ending your Holiday on a sour note by returning to the dirty Vehicle you traveled to us in. Through our partnership with ecowash mobile, the world’s leading mobile waterless car detailing franchise system, we are able to arrange for all cleaning and detailing services on your Vehicle.

How is payment made for your services ?
Payment is made on arrival at our facility. We accept Cash, EFTPOS and all major Credit Cards.

Do we have to book ?
We recommend booking to confirm your space and this also allows us to know how many people are arriving each day.

What happens if we want to extend our stay ?
Extending your stay is not a problem. Just present your Claim Check on your return and we will calculate the additional charges payable.

What happens if our return Ferry is late and we return after your closing time ?
If your return Ferry is late in departing please give us a call on 49469666 and we will wait for you to return. This number is also our after hours number to call, and is posted on our Car Park entrance, should you be unable to reach us before you arrive back. Our on-site Manager or on-call Manager will be able to let into the Car Park to collect your Vehicle. A $30 after hours release fee does apply for all attendances not previously advised to us.

What happens if we come back early due to bad weather ?
You will appreciate we don’t have any more control over the weather than you do. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund parking fees paid if you shorten your length of stay with us unexpectedly.

If we have made a booking and paid in advance, what is your cancellation policy ?
Parking changes i.e. date and/or time, or cancellations are permitted if requested up to 1.00pm (1300 hours) on the day before you are due to arrive at our facility.

I am working on one of the islands. Can you help me with permanent parking and/or storage ?
Permanent parking or meeting your storage needs is what we do. Just give us a call on 49469666 or e-mail us with your request and we’ll advise you of the steps to take to become a permanent Customer.

Are your storage units weather-proof ?
Although designed to be weather-proof, due to the climate in the region, we cannot guarantee your goods will be fully protected from water ingress. You should refer to our Storage Space Rental Agreement, which is available on request, to review our terms and conditions of storage.

Do you provide insurance for our goods whilst stored with you ?
We do not provide insurance as part of our service. Insurance should be independently obtained.
